    Thanks everyone for your encouragement.....Im feeling a bit better today and I didnt give in to ANY cravings yesterday. I have taken my measurements and sadly they havent changed a bit from what they were when I started so I really rely on the scale. However aside from upping my veggie intake on some days I know that all else is good.....my water intake is where it should be.......Im getting a fair amount of exercise......and thanks to an all day trip to the ER and a urinalysis I am in ketosis, the doctor was sure to point out that there was a high amount of ketones in the sample and after I told him I was on the Atkins plan he completely understood. So all in all Im in a bit of better spirits today and feel ready to give it another week and then look at the scale again.
