        I walked for 15 minutes this afternoon at work (indoor walking route on my job). I will try to get some more exercise in tonight but cannot make a promise I can't keep. My stats are updated below (under the ticker). Later!!

          I have fond memories of 138 pounds---the smallest I ever was as an adult. That was a size 12 on me. Maybe I should set an "estatic goal" as well!

            Hey BigB! Congrats on the 7 pounds so far. That's GREAT! And your kicking butt in minutes too.

            Well, I swung by the school today for my weight in and guess what!!... I am down 5.3 pounds from my challenge starting weight!!! YAY!! I was so excited. I'm finally going in the right direction and broke into the 320's. I was sick of being in the 330's! lol

            I'm headed to the gym now. Will report back later. Take care.

              Hi, Liz -- sorry I wasn't around yesterday. I'm actually back up a pound (thanks, Tom!)... so current weight is 201 -- same as starting weight. Grrr.

              Please also add 60 minutes to my exercise total.

                Great Job Liz, looks like that exercise is also paying off.

                What I know:
                1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                    Thanks Chick and Bluebelt. This is just the boost I needed to keep me focused.

                    Well I just got home for the gym. I got in 120 minutes taking Kick and Power class. I increased my weights in Power and then took Kick class right after. Man oh man, I was really feeling it tonight!

                        Checking in. Congrats to everyone for the losses and exercise minutes they've gotten in. I've been at a stall as far as weight loss...so i'm tweaking my diet a bit and hopefully that works...I'm also finally feeling good enough to start getting in some major exercise minutes..so hopefully that will boost my weight loss too...
