Too weird. I guess your idea to repeat the first 5 days might give you a clue. You might be eating something that's legal, but not to you, if I said that right. Not to get oo personal, but how is your "regularity"? I find I gain weight with cheddar and other hard cheeses cause they constipate me.

actually the first few days I WAS constipated...now that I'm not I am not losing....

Are you eating enough based on your activity level? Drinking enough water? Also, check out the sites I provided for Suga.

Good morning everyone,

Sorry that I'm a day late posting, but was off yesterday and I didn't get on the computer at home. Congratulations to all on exercise minutes and weight loss, or at least sticking with it. I weighed in at 265 lbs on sunday night and total exercise for the week was 420 minutes. That gives me a total so far this challenge of 7 lbs lost and 740 minutes of total exercise. Hopefully everyone has a wonderful day.

Self had a quiz in their magazine to find your "happy" weight ( a weight you could easily maintain). Mine was 150.3 which is odd because my first Atkins goal was 150 (but I lowered it once I saw I could lose weight). I might rethink my goal when I hit 150. I'm 5'8" (not too tall but not short either - average). I'll leave it at 140 for now (a weight I was looking pretty good at). Take the quiz below and post your results. Good afternoon my happy weight is 144.2 that is way off my goal, ive never been thin before so i dont want to set a goal to small until i get to my 180 pound goal then we will see how it goes
