Re: Century Club - Springing Into Action!

Alright. I'll play. Current weight 320 and I pledge 2000 minutes. I'll do this by some pushups, situps, hiking, walking, and possibly some weight lifting.

The goal is to lose 25 pounds by the cutoff date. That should put me at 295.

Suga, you should just be able to right click on the image, hit copy, then go to edit signature, right click where you want to insert it at and hit paste. If that doesn't work let me know and I can give you a link I think.
Yeah...that didnt work, its ok though I can upload just like Purplecat said. I always knew I could do it that way but I thought I was missing out on something. I see alot of challenges that say "just copy and paste" the reward badge but I never could get it to work. Anywhoo I was so excited about this challenge when I just reread my post I realized it sounded a bit jumbled (maybe its just me) but I wanted to be clear Im pledging 660 minutes and my goal weight by Spring is 279------thats 22 pounds! Woo Hoo

                O.K. I'm definitely in.

                CW: 256
                GW: 235

                Goal exercise minutes: 2650

Thats 21 lbs. in 11 weeks and a little over 4 hours a week of exercise. Definitely going a little more conservative than my last challenge but enough to keep me motivated.

                Let's get started!!

P.S. New treadmill delivered tommorrow... Yay!!

YAY Randy, glad to have you back for this challenge! Have fun workin' out on your new treadmill.

Thanks for joining Amy, this will be great. And you've been so successful already. I'm so glad you're here! P.S. thanks for giving some input on the Personal Trainer question in my other post. I really want one, the expense is what's holding me back.
