    Good evening everyone, it has been a great day, crustless broccolie and ham quiche for breakfast, 4 oz of turkey kilbasa and 2 oz sharp cheese for lunch, and we are having pork chops with alfreado sauce, and salad for dinner Probably have cerely and cream cheese, and cauliflower for snacking tonight.
    Also spent time at the gym with my trainer too.
