    Good morning! What's everybody up to today?

    We're assembling a foam square floor for a workout area today cause my knees can't take the hardwood floor very well. These seem pretty idiot-proof, so we should be able to do it I've used my stablity ball so little cause of the floors being so hard, so hopefully, this will help get my arse in gear!!





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

    Good Morning CC'ers!

    I'm taking my students to Special Olympics today so it should be exciting! I'll get my workout just keeping up with them! lol I'll be headed to the gym after work for Kick class and possible Power or Interval class. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!!

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

              Good morning all. Today is day 8 of induction. I weighed in this morning and was down to 313. 7 pounds. That feels pretty successful. A pound a day.

              I've been talking to a high pressure Gold's Gym rep on the phone. I'm going to sign up but wow. This guy has called me 3 times since Friday and all I did was call in to ask what the rates were. I've bought cars with less pressure from the sales guy. [/rant off]

                    Hi everyone,

                    I have work today and get to go grocery shopping after work and then try to spend some time with the kiddies and wife. On a good note, I went to the doctors last night for a checkup and bloodwork and he told me that I will probably be able to get off blood pressure medicine next time I see him. I have to wait until Sunday to get the blood results. Other then that just enjoying a raining day in Philly. Have a great day everyone.

                      Weigh-in is usually today, but since both our CC challenge and the New You challenge have weighins of Monday, I'm staying away from the scale until then. Once a week is enough.

                      This is my third day with a headache---not bad, just kind of annoying---so I'm going back to induction for a few days and slowly adding back the things I've added over the last few weeks to see if I can figure out what the heck is causing them. Or maybe I should go backwards and eliminate things in the reverse order that I added them?

                        Iwas cmpetely and totally 100% today. One of the women I work with had a box of candies today ....Cherry Cordials to be exact. They smelld so ogod. That strong vanilla and cherry scent wafting through my nostils..... mmmmm I was so tempted and my friend grabbed one I aked if I could have a itty bitty piece of chocolate from hers to see if my taste buds had changed. I just wanted to taste not eat .... and it was freaking disgustig. Normally I would have been totally all for it but that sickening overly sweet taste turned my stomach that it literally made me get sick. I would say itwas the equivalant size of a chocolate sprinkle. I have found I am not intersted in chocolate anymore, just the smell. Now if only I could find a cherry cordial candle.
