What's everybody up to today?
We're assembling a foam square floor for a workout area today cause my knees can't take the hardwood floor very well. These seem pretty idiot-proof, so we should be able to do it
I've used my stablity ball so little cause of the floors being so hard, so hopefully, this will help get my arse in gear!!

I'll get my workout just keeping up with them! lol I'll be headed to the gym after work for Kick class and possible Power or Interval class. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!!
