I did not get this size by loving to drink water and get out and walk a mile or two! I go home from work walk the dogs (just a little walk) come in the house, relax a little, fix a little supper for me and my dh, relax a little more maybe see the grandchildren, relax a little more and then go to bed...maybe you see a pattern here...I am having a heck of a time trying to get my exercise in! I can't seem to get motivated. This is me here right now

And I'll tell you from a fellow CC'er...exercise can actually be fun. I know, I know...I never thought I'd say that in a million years...but over the past year I have really grown to enjoy my time at the gym. Find something that you enjoy and stick with it....whether it's walking, riding a bike, Richard Simmon's videos (lol, I used to like those as a teen), going to a gym, taking group classes, swimming... you'll find your niche and when you do you'll start rackin' up the minutes!
