Who would have thought??? Yep, me!! I have struggled the past year with finding time to exercise. Those who know me know that I've been caregiver to my 2 year old grand-daughter and my 78 year old aunt.
The past 6 months I've had to get up at 1am and exercise and use the treadmill for 1 hour in order to exercise. Its been a struggle to keep positive about it and not turn the alarm off and just crawl back into bed. I got a new job a month ago and that makes it even harder cause now I take baby to sitter, my aunt has had surgery and is recovering in nursing home - now I go visit her everyday after work also ...so its still lots of stress.
BUT, my luck has changed. My boss has asked me to start teaching aerobic classes to the seniors at the center where I work. I am so excited. Now I can get my exercises in and get paid for it and it won't interfer in my home-time and my responsibilities there. And...I don't have to get up in the middle of the night and exercise anymore. (Now watch me automatically wake up every night out of habit and still exercise) lolol
