    I'm alive!

Okay so I have fallen off the wagon now for the 100th time! Fortunetly this time my appetite has decreased so much that even with being off this WOE since Thanksgiving I have managed to lose 9 more pounds. I feel so terrible though regardless. There has been so much going on in my life that I completely lost it. But I KNOW I can do this. Tomorrow I start back on a strict induction and drinking all my water! O and of course my work out routine... as a matter of fact I think I'll go downstairs and do my cardio "Dancing with the Stars" workout tape!
Hoping to be @ 180 lbs
