  • WOO HOO Becky, 2 inches gone from your body. That's moving in the right direction.

    Yesterday I was 195.5. That is a 1/2 pound loss, but I didn't think about measuring. I will try to remember to do that in the morning.

    All progress needs to be celebrated. Anyone else on team6 have anything to report? we are interested.

    • Hi everyone. I'll weigh in tomorrow at work. Sorry I forgot to last week. It's just been soooo busy. Also, my memory really sucks! I gotta tell you, since I've been in my forties my memory is going downhill fast. Somebody told me it could be a sign of pre-menopause.....great. Ah well, what can you do!

      • I remembered to weigh! I'm very happy to report that I weighed 188.5!! I can't believe it since I really haven't been exercising like I had been. I'm down 2 inches as well. I get to start running again this week! Yay! I'm even going to try swimming and maybe some cycling too.

              • hey..havent posted in here lateley.. I dont remember my weight last month I didnt write it down.I am 223 now..I think I was 228 last time not real sure...I did have a bad time in april and ended up gaining about 6 lbs. but back on track now...woot woot :icondance :icondance

                • 5 pounds fivebyfive. Great work!! I think there was something in the air here too, I've had a hard time this past month. Not with my eating, but with the exercise part. I've just gotten back up to my 4 miles a day and the pool is supposed to open this week, so hoping to REV it up and get the scales moving again.

                          Remember everyone, we have until june 11th and then the challenge is over. We have lost a bunch of our team6. We still can make a big difference.

                          I am going to try to get this weight moving again. I am ready to move on down, now if I can get my body to cooperate. :joy

                            • Well, I started back into my exercise routine again. I was all excited and it felt great to be walking and exercising, then I started having problems again!!! So, doctor said to take it easy (no heavy lifting or exercising) and continue my pills. I am on a waiting list to meet with the specialist who can do the surgery (hopefully) in June, so hoping that I can get in and have this taken care of. This is so frustrating.

                              But, good news is I'm not gaining weight, so for that I'm thankful. Glad to hear that so many of the Sexy Sixers are still around that everyone is shedding inches and pounds. One more month, can't wait to hear our TOTAL lost during this challenge.

                              This summer is my first one under 200 pounds in over 30 years!! WHOOPPPEEE!!! :icondance

                              • You take care of yourself, Dream. The great thing is, we all now want to be active and have that as part of our lifestyle. Sometimes we just have to listen to our bodies and give them some time to heal. Nothing wrong with a leisurely stroll through the neighbourhood! I hope you can get into see that specialist in June too. Oh, first year for me too in about ten that I'll be under 200 pounds too! I think for the final weigh in, we should all post a bathing suit shot! *gulps* This from the woman who is too chicken to post any picture at all!
