i'm here yet again.. another day.. still have that positive attitude though!! this weight is going to fly off!! I would really appreciate some reccommendations from you guys. I haven't been eating much of anything but I haven't lost in a few days and I haven't even been consuming much so I don't understand how that's possible. I'm following Atkins (extended induction) but have been sticking to mostly cheese (3oz or so a day), eggs, and chicken. What are some other healthier induction friendly food i can add to my diet to maybe increase my weight loss?

Wish i had that when I did this WOE the first time around. Perhaps it would have become a WOL more easily. You have a definite "will succeed" spirit!!
