My brother and I both started Atkins on the same day so we are hitting all the phases at the same time. It's kind of cool.
Right now we both are noticing a few things.
1. We get full really fast, we both can only eat about 1/3 of the portion size that we were eating 4 weeks ago then we are stuffed.
2. We don't get hungry, we are eating 3 times a day but if we don't stop to look at the time we don't get hungry for at least 7-8 hours.
Should we eat more ? Or just eat till satisfied even if its tiny compared to before ?
For example on week 1 I could go to El Pollo Loco and get an 8 Peice chicken only meal with a side salad and eat all of it.
Today I could eat maybe 2 peices and the salad and I'll feel totally stuffed
I went from 280 to 260 on induction and he went from 245 - 230
So what do the long timers say .. it be helpful
