    Good morning CC'ers. Happy February. Congrats to Suga on making it to the twos. I can't wait to do my own "I'm in the twos dance."

    I'm having a great morning. I went to gym yesterday and got up to 40 minutes of exercise as opposed to 30 and lived to tell about it.

    One of my coworkers brought a HUGE chocolate muffin tray into work and put it right in the front office for all of us to glance at. Where's my chicken salad?

        just back from a lunchtime walk...
        then went and had a salad with chicken, cheese and bell peppers on it.
        YUM

          Hi everyone, woohoo its friday...Im making myself a low carb cocktail tonight... vanilla vodka, & diet coke. mmmm

            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.

              Ohoh..... I thought you could have alcohol also on induction if it was "hard" and with a diet soda...

                Im off to the gym again in an hour. I am gonna join that water challenge. but it says i gotta drink 147 oz a day. Isnt that too much? I hate water!

                    I think you might have misread it. You should drink 64 oz of water a day and as a guideline, they suggest drinking 8 oz per 25 pounds of weight you need to lose.

                    100 lbs to lose=adding 32 more oz of water (96).

                      thanks.. weird.. i got that from another forum a challege forum. it said to drink half our weight in water in oz! Im not sure i can drink that much lol

                        ok well I just checked the owl rungs, and Ive already incorporated dairy, nuts, berries (very little of the nuts & berries though) into my diet...so looks like im ok. right?

                                It's all about choices. You could certainly try. For many people alchohol is trigger and gets them eating, so just be careful. I have had some Michelob Ultras on few occasions have been fine. Have a great weekend.
