    I'm first again!! WOW...two days in a row! lol Blue are you sure your alarm clock is working?

    I'm headed to work this morning. I have a community trip today...taking my students to Wal-Mart and Wendy's. I'll just get a nice juicy burger, scrap the bun, and a side salad. YUM! I'll be hitting up the gym this evening for Interval and Kick class...possibly power. We'll see how I'm feeling after the first 2 hours!

      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

        Good Morning, I really need to get my motavation back..I havent been working out much and taking little bites of cookies...Im never buying again!!! Its hard because my DH and DD are thin no matter what they eat and they always want treats, especially the DH! The first month was completely cheat free and now all I think about is eating...I need someone to come to Michigan and kick me in the behind, so heres to a great low carb day!

            Hi Beth,
            I'm a carb addict! Sweets WERE my main problems and still can be if I'm not careful. Especially around the holidays.
            Take 500 mg before a meal. If you have cravings throughout the day take in the a.m. If you have them in the evening, take them with dinner(my problem time). If you are still having cravings, take two with your meals. You're allowed 3000 mg a day. Give them a couple days to work. I believe this will help you with your cravings.

              It is still raining here. Last night we had severe weather. Tornadoes all around us. It's dark and gloomy. At least it's slow at work so I can come read the . Have a great low carb day everyone!

                Didn't work out last night...really, really wanted a burger or jack in the crack tacos or anything but made it home and had some cut up sausage with cheese.

                my partner bought me some new nike shoes...probably to make up for the fact that he is dissing me at the gym.
                LOL
                anyway, happy Wednesday. Just went next door and bought the cleaning people rasberry muffins and me some scrambled eggs and a sausage patty.

                  Good morning. I'm at work and have already had Digestive training at 8:30 this morning. I'm now snacking on peanuts. An injury yesterday has set me back just a little but but I'll survive (always do).

                      Good morning CC'ers! Sounds like a typical Wednesday out there. Some injuries, some setbacks, really bad weather and resisting temptation.

                      We've all accomplished so much and we're going to accomplish so much more.

                      I REALLY don't want to stagger to the gym today after rehearsal but that's the old fatter, weaker, me whining. The new me is just going to suck it up and go.

                        Goo afternoon all.

                        Doing great 100%, am down to 232 from 250 for a total of 18lbs. Its been raining here since the 3am tuesday morning. My x-bf said they are getting a lot of rain in northern ohio as well and last august i believe it was was when his house got flooded.

                        They now face being flooded again and I feel so bad for him but then on the other hand I don't cause they should have gotten the insurance money and moved. eh i know home is home and its hard to leave even if it IS DANGEROUS. They almost drown in their sleep last time was up to the edges of the beds when the dog and cats started freaking out cause it was gonna get them.

                        Anyway other that that new today. Its been ok. feeling kind of run down so i am REALLY looking forwar to my chiropratoc/massuse visit tonight after work and still not sure about dinner.

                          Cat...how did you hurt yourself?

                          Beth..remember that even just nibbling on a cookie can knock you out of ketosis and undo your hard work......try the L-glutamine (I'm going to..I have a RAGING sweet tooth!) and check out some of Lindas recipes for legal "sometimes" treats.

                          I have to rearrange my room to put in my new sationary bike and my new elliptical...YAY!!!
