    CC Roll Call Thursday 2-7-08

    Good morning everyone, more snow and ice here.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Good Morning CC'ers,

          It is raining here. There talking about flooding for the coming week. Temperatures are supose to raise into the 50's by this weekend. I still have over 2 feet of snow on the ground. I'm going to be so glad to see the sunshine.
          I'm doing excellent on my woe. It's day 18 cheat free days for me!

                  Hi Everyone! I have a nasty cold. You remember the commercial with the lady in her bathrobe and fuzzy slippers holding her box of Kleenex and bottles of cold medicine, her eyes only half open because she's so miserable? Well, that's me this morning, so I stayed home from work (being contageous and all, LOL). I'm boiling some eggs now. I'm going to make some deviled eggs for dinner tonight, then I'm going to my craft room to do some scrapbooking. That always makes me feel better. It's spitting snow outside, cloudy and gloomy. Perfect weather for scrapbooking. Have a great low carb day!

                    Kathie, I hope you feel better soon...I love the way you describe it...thats exactly it, I just got over mine. Try some hot tea w/butter in it...I know it sounds gross, but it really soothes your throat.
