    Just checkin' in before heading to work. I think I'll take a break today from working out. We'll see how I feel. After doing 3 hours on Friday and Saturday and 2 hours yesterday my body is aching. I think it needs a break. Question: Is there such a thing as too much exercise?

    We're expecting some nasty weather here today. *sigh* That means no recess for the kiddies. Oh well, hope everyone has a wonderful, low carb Tuesday. Stay dry!

        Hey everyone! I am wanting to eat everything the past 2 days! I am not certain what could have triggered me. I haven't cheated but I sure want to eat whatever!

          I have the opposite thing going on, Sandy. I am sitting here right now trying to figure out what I am going to take to school to eat today because I am nauseous. Did you guys get like this on part of your diet?

            Good Morning CC'ers,
            It's a beautiful day in Sherri Land. Bright and sunny! I'll be headed out soon and taking a hike by a nearby lake. I'm in the No Way, No Weigh Challenge. So far so good. I'm stepping up the exercise this week too. I'm hoping to get on the scale this weekend and be closer to the 230's. Fingers crossed.

              Yes Liz. There is such a thing as too much exercise. Your muscles do need time to recuperate.

                I have had a day or two where I didn't think about eating (which I may say is a major miracle and how I know there is a God!) but not today!

                    I go in spells too. I try to make it so I average 2000 calories a day over the course of the week. Today i'm queasy but since we're having pork, the calorie count will be up there even with low food comsumption (I buy the fattiest I can find )

                      I actually almost threw up this morning. My appetite has been really low. I have to push myself to get 1500 calories. That's super annoying, lol. I got me some new stuff today though, some jicama and I am currently eating some pumpkin right now. Perhaps I just needed a change.

                        Variety is everything thing on this plan. I find if I don't change it up, I don't feel like eating.
                        40 year old male 6' 3"

                        What I know:
                        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                          Just checking in. Another beautiful day here. I walked to pickup my daughter from school again today and the walk is getting easier and easier whoo hoo! I'm hoping to get started back at the gym in a few weeks. I am down 9 pounds today since starting induction on the 25th. My goal is 12 pounds by the 8th, only three to go!
