LOL! I decided to walk to the bank and back home which was a 4 mile walk! It was beautiful out today, 75 degrees and sunny. However I never noticed that it's kind of "uphill" and so my legs felt more fatigued from the walk then when I do it on the treadmill. But I got my errands done and my exercising! YAY!

Hey CC'ers... checking in a little late today. I went to work today then came home and crashed. I am feeling awful... running a fever, sore throat, and just overall nauseous. I hate that I missed the gym today but I just couldn't get up the energy to go. Eating is on track though.
