    Good morning CC'ers-Have a great low carb day.

    Liz-you are hanging tough, so today is a great day to reel it all back in. You have come to far, to back track now.

    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

    Thanks Blue... Goodmorning CCers!

    I am determined to clean up my act today. My biggest challenge will be lunch. I'm taking my students on a community trip to Publix and Pizza hut! OMG...Pizza...with my cravings the way they are right now that sounds so tempting but I won't get the cravings under control unless I quit feeding them, so NO pizza for me! I'll be sticking with a salad. After work I'll be hitting the gym hard for Interval and Kick classes, and possibly even Power. We'll see. Hope everyone has a wonderful low carb Wednesday!

      Good morning everyone! It's a dreary sleating day here in Massachusetts and when I got on the scale I was up 4.2lbs. I know it's only water but it's still a bummer. I'm going to drink TONS of water today and try to flush it out of my body. We've had so much rain and snow this year I wonder if spring will ever come. Maybe I'll paint a spring picture on my windows so I don't have to see the snow...lol.

        Good Morning Roger, Liz, Bythree and all those that check in!
        I'm headed to town today to pick up fresh veggies, meat and dairy. It's raining here. I'll take it over snow any day. I've really been getting the compliments lately on how I look. I'm really happy about that since I havn't weighed myself for 17 days. Also, the tape measure is letting me know I'm melting. I'm excited for friday, the end of the challenge to see if I made my weightloss goal for the Spring Into Action Challenge. Fingers crossed.

          Hey Liz I know how it is I was having a bad few weeks. Yesterday the lady at the store told me that im looking "skinnier"...she didnt even know I was trying to lose weight but she could tell, it felt good to have someone notice without knowing Im trying because my family and friends all know so they are always giving me compliments but for some reason it feels so different when a stranger notices. We need to kick the cravings!

            Good afternoon! My baby is sick again. Dang generic meds don't do much for us.

            Liz, you can do it. I went to a birthday party surrounded by pizza at Chuckie Cheese (sp?). I ate 2 salads and was okay. Once you eat, the cravings dissipate....it's being hungry that does you in. I know you can do this!!

              Morning everyone.

              Just finishing up an overnighter at work, so sleep for me soon. It was torture, the bosses must have spent 300 dollars on CRAP food, ho-hos, oreos, chips, dip, pizzas, you name it. Not one single thing worth eating. I'm really glad I've got a fridge in my office because without it, I don't know how I would have done it.

                  Liz, most pizza places sell wings. Not the best but better than eating some of that pizza! That's only if that salad can't hold you. It is hard to eat salad when you want some meat. I would go for the wings if I thought I would break and have pizza.

                  I sometimes take pizza to class with me on Mondays. Not so I would eat it but so my classmates would eat it and leave my Atkin's friendly food alone. They love veggies and cheese and I have to distract them so they don't eat mine!

                    Hey everyone! I started the morning off well with another 3lb loss.

                    I did my water for the day; yesterday, and got a 1½ mile walk in to boot.
                    I am hoping it will be just as successful today.

                    Only 5 more lbs to go to reach my goal for Sunday! I believe I can do it!

                        Good afternoon, sorry I couldnt post earlier, the entire neighborhood didnt have electricity, but its back

                        I went shopping for some new vegetables, I was getting kind of sick with only eating lettuce and jicama, I finish my brocoli very quick but now I have other stuff, I want to make better sidedishes for my meats hehe

                        Today I started walking, I felt good, although the weather is not the best to do exercise right now, the good thing is I have a treadmill (I think that is how is spell) hehe

                              Checking in !

                              The continental breakfast with doughnuts, bagels, cereals, and sugared up yogurts did not get me today! Woohoo!

                              Liz great mind set for the day! Pizza Hut has Salads and Buffalo Wings (unbreaded) I think that should do the trick!

                              Buffalo wings safe ? I think they are right ?
