      amwin12 - The first question I have is are you trying to lose 100 pounds or more? We'll go from there.

      Gotta run. I'm gonna take another walk and only have 17 minutes left on my lunch break. It's beautiful out today !

        I am trying to lose 104 lbs I am already down 27 lbs, thanks for responding.

              So then, welcome to the Century Club your now a member. Daily roll call is pretty informal, just a place to check in. Share the good and bad with your fellow members.

              Don't forget to check out the CC challenges, there pretty easy, you set your goals, and work towards them the best you can.

              What I know:
              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                        Missy, congrats on reaching your mini goal! You're doing great!

                        Today has been a long, tiring day. I took my students to Special Olympics to the Track and Field events. It was hot and I was on my feet all day. We had a great time though and brought back lots of ribbons. Then I just got home from a two hour workout at the gym. Interval class kicked my butt today!! I'm ready for bed! lol

                              Thanks everyone for the warm welcome..........................

                              Today is going pretty good today I have already downed 67.60 oz was water!!
                              I bring a gallon to work with me and just refill my 16.9 oz water bottle. It's prety easy since water is all I drink.

                              I haven't been working out this week but I need to get back on track. I try to do 2 miles with WATP DVD.

                              Anyway wishing you all a wonderful and productive day!!
