    Good morning! Everything is going great here! I have noticed the last couple of days that my appetite has been slightly higher than it was last week... is that normal? I have only been eating induction foods and try to have some extra protein and water when I feel hungry. I am day 11 of induction.

      Mornig all cc'ers Great day here again Had a good day yesterday have being trying to eat a bit more and spread it thru day and this morning scales were down a kg so must have worked lol. Hope everyone hads a wonderful day.

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
