          Good Morning everyone! I hope you all have a great day! I know I will have a GREAT ONE...my Grandson is home from the hospital and looking wonderful, he will need therapy for the next couple of mo. but then they said he will be fine... Thank God!!!

                Morning cc'ers. Down and depressed this morning. My scales are creeping up. I don't know what I am doing wrong but since I had to eat carbs to bring my blood sugar levels up sunday night I have been in a downward spiral. Can someone look at what I ate yesterday and see if I am missing something please.

                B. 1 boiled egg

                L. 1 slice roast beef spread a lil cream cheese add lettuce leaf stip pepper and cuccumber and roll.
                2 small stick celery with cream cheese in middle and 1 boiled egg

                D. steak with zuchinni bacon and mushroom sautee

                S about 6 slices danish salami

                Am drinking at least 2 lts. water day usually heaps more being a diabetic. I usually have eggs for brekky and some type cold meat and salad for lunch and then meat and either cup veg or eggs for dinner snacks are usually cold meat and eggs just found celery and cream cheese which is yummy. I drink no tea or coffee only water. Is there something there that is not good, all I can think of is the salami but I see people eat pepperoni and that is just a salami but it too hot for me. I hope someone can help me I want this to work out for me and I will not give up just really disheartning to see scales saying I not losing.

                  Are you eating bread? (I got that idea from the quote below) that would be a problem.
                  Acutally, your menu looks skimpy to me!

                    No chicklady no bread I meant I rolled it all up lol. Do you think I need to eat more? I am never hungry in mornings so have to force myself to eat even an egg. Is the salami ok it is from the deli so I can't see what is in it.

                        @ Wendy - I suggest you use www.fitday.com to monitor what you eat. I have the feeling you're not eating enough veggies. They help to stableize your blood sugar levels. If you feel it's too low, than add veggies such as bell pepper or tomatoes to your diet.

                        Perhaps Sherri has some ideas.... Sherri?
