Congratulations on getting back on yours! I got away from mine for about a year until recently as well.
Don't overdue it, that will only make you sore and perhaps prevent you from being able to go on it more frequently through the week. Maybe try starting out with about 10 or 15 minutes (or whatever you feel most comfortable with), if you feel well afterwards, you can always add a regular walk sometime throughout the rest of the day or maybe some stretching exercises. Take your time with it, enjoy it and when you feel you are able...you can tack on a minute here and there. Take each day as it comes!
