UG!! Hello everyone. Sort of a frustrating morning for me. I started thinking the other day about how the floors are really unlevel in this house I was wondering if I was getting accurate weight readings each week. Well I went outside into our breezeway to the only concrete surface we have in this house and weighed in this morning. 350 stared back at me. I then went inside and reweiged myself in 3 different spots and got everything from 326 to 351. SO... I'm restarting me weight readings today and will only be weighing myself on the concrete surface from now one. Hope everyone has a great day!

Dave, don't let that get you down at all....you've been doing awesome! I know something like that can be frustrating but hey, you've seen and felt the difference in the way you've been eating and you're certainly experiencing the benefits...you're doing great!

Hi everyone! I hope that you are all having a great year so far. As for me, had a bit of a slip on NYDay. It wasn't planned, but it was something I was contemplating the whole day. I decided to go ahead and indulge, but only with a bite or 2 of a few things and mostly veggies. I also had 2 alcoholic drinks, but seeing as I am not much of a drinker, I had very little alcohol mixed in with my diet coke.
I went back on plan immediately after New Year's and am happy to report that I at least maintained my weight. I'm also excited to say that I've also went from a size 24W to a size 18W since starting this WOE! I will have to get another "mini goal outfit" to hang in my closet to motivate me down to the next target size since I already fit into my current goal jeans! Woo Hoo!
