Just over 4 weeks untill Valentines day. Wonder how much weight we can get off untill then? I'm pledging 10 lbs. how 'bout you guys?

Goodmorning everyone! I feel great, I finished my first day back successfully, and did good at withstanding the many many temptations I faced yesterday at work
I thought I had seen on here before a picture that showed were to take your measurements, does anyone know where that is because I cant find it. Im going to use that instead of a scale this time around. I find the scale to be very unreliable on progress. Thanks!~Clara~

Hello All,
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I am feeling down today. I am up 2.6 lbs from friday. Not sure what it did to cause this. The only thing different I introduced is pork skins, crab meat with butter and garlic salt and 2 hansen diet no sugar no carb soda's. I hope to be in better mood tomorrow.

Well Sherri, I'm crawling along here, so my goal is 2 pounds down by Valentines....that will put me at 193.

! I hope this isn't an insulting question, but I just want to ask if the crab meat is real. Imitation crab meat has a ton of carbs.

I don't mind the question at all. Yes, the crab meat was real. My husband added garlic salt. I hope that I am retaining water and will lose it in a day or two. I was so motivated with my 8lbs loss.
