Chyna- great to see you back! Chick- 2 pounds it is! Mimi- 5 pounds for you dear. Oh and I wanted to comment on the food items you allowed back in. All that you mention except the crab, will cause water retention. Expecially the Hansen sf soda. Why? Because anything carbinated irritates your digestive system and causes swelling and water retention. Carbination isn't natural for our digestive system to digest. Irritates it. Best thing to do is drink plenty of water and flush your system. Celery is a natural diaretic and will help with water retention as well. Kristine- No worries dear, your body is just adjusting to your recent weightloss and will show up on the waisteline. Have you measured? I know from experience that when I didn't see results on the scale, that I would on the tape measure. Hang in there sweetie! Good night everyone!
