I found a pack of cigs under the coffee table. Not before I ate my way into putting on 4 pounds! That shouldn't have happened.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
Morning all! Was weigh in day for me, and I got a little whooshie I think. On Wednesday I was 298, and this morning I was 296. Still not the 295 I touched last week, but I can live with that. Definitely getting back on track with exercising so hopefully I can break through this see-sawing weight loss I've had going on for the last few weeks.
Sorry to hear about the 4 lbs Rita...any chance it is water weight you may be retaining...whether it is female things or maybe excess sodium in your diet? And stay away from the cigs!!!

Rita~ so sorry about the 4 lbs. I can see how it can be hard to quit and be on a low carb woe. When I quit I walked around all day with pretzel sticks but thats not going to be useful with low carb. Try keeping your hands busy...maybe some kind of craft or something?

I just finished my 14-day Induction and I think I might see how another week or two does me before thinking about OWL. I lost 6.5 pounds so far! Everyone be super good and have a great weekend.

I plan on reading, a lot. Sleeping a lot. And generally trying not to eat the kids' fig bars. Cassy's glasses are lost again. They spent more time lost than found. I gave up on finding them this time. Gabby played with the case and Cassy isn't sure they were even in it. I found Zenni Optical, I can get Cassy glasses for $30 or less so I refuse to spazz. I have her a pair ordered.
