April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point) Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins) 1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight. 2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day. Current weight – 213 lbs.

Tomorrow is going to be a big long day. I got to get some paperwork off to insurance. I hate paperwork. Then I get to go grocery shopping. Maybe check on my hard drive. I lost back most of what I gained on spring break. I want to stay right here weight wise for awhile. I want to up my carbs a little sometimes and see if I can find a balance where I don't bloat and gain like crazy. This is about 5 pounds more than I was before I had kids. Its a weight I was happy at for years before having kids. I need to try to learn how to eat to maintain my weight.
My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.
1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
2nd mini goal: 140!
3rd mini goal:135!
4th mini goal: 130!
I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
