    Good morning! Woo! Reached both my second mini-goal and over 20 lbs lost today!

      Goal !

      It's a good day I got my first goal I was 299.2 lbs so I am now under 300 Lbs

      It's moving ever so slowly but it's moving !

      Congrats on 20 Lbs Ryan !

      Blood Pressure at start averaged 140/85 borderline Hypertension. Blood Pressure 18 days into plan has changed to 120/78 !!! Measured April 5, 2009

              Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
              Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
              Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210

                  Remember to fit some form of exercise into your daily routine and keep drinking lots of water!

                  1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
                  2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
                  Current weight – 213 lbs.
                  Goal weight - 150 – 160

                      Keetje checking in for the first time in ages. Back on track after a large deviation.

                      Good to see everyone hitting their goals, congratulations, so impressed.

                      My beloved has joined me on the plan this time - makes life a whole lot easier - saves having to cook two dinners, two breakfasts, etc.

                          Tomorrow is going to be a big long day. I got to get some paperwork off to insurance. I hate paperwork. Then I get to go grocery shopping. Maybe check on my hard drive. I lost back most of what I gained on spring break. I want to stay right here weight wise for awhile. I want to up my carbs a little sometimes and see if I can find a balance where I don't bloat and gain like crazy. This is about 5 pounds more than I was before I had kids. Its a weight I was happy at for years before having kids. I need to try to learn how to eat to maintain my weight.



                          My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

                          1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
                          2nd mini goal: 140!
                          3rd mini goal:135!
                          4th mini goal: 130!

                          I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
