    Oh God yes, people HATE Atkins. I told my doctor that I got rid of sugar and simple carbs out of my diet so I could control my glucose level and lose weight. He got all excited and agreed that was good.
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

      goin2befit... DEFINITELY keep in touch! And it's definitely a plus to be taller! I'm hoping it will still be to my advantage as I get smaller...
