It's nice to find a space where people have amounts to lose that are somewhere close to mine... well, a bit closer anyway.
My highest weight in February of this year was 420. I went low-cal, low-fat and dropped (and regained, and dropped a bit more) about 35 pounds. Started Atkins on Monday at 385.
I have over 200 pounds to lose.
I'm here for the long haul and I'm sure I'll need support along the way. I hope to be able to give it too.
Just started Atkins on Monday and going strong. The only thing I messed up so far was eating too many green beans one day.
Ha ha! I won't beat myself up too badly about that cheat.
Anyway... (babble babble) Just wanted to say, "Hi!" over here before I became a regular.
