I saw a lady yesterday at the beauty shop who lost 35 pound and has incredibly saggy skin on her arms and chin (face).
My double (ok, triple) chin has been a source of embarrassment to me for years. I hate it! :anger I know that exercises like the one I do (The Gazelle) will help my arms and legs to firm up, but how do you firm up your face. If that chin of mine becomes a "turkey wattle" I'm going to scream!
Anybody out there have any good ideas. I think it's feeling loose already.
PS - Surgery isn't in my budget.
