Hello everyone. I just wanted to pass along a little tip I used to make some great chicken for dinner. I took the chicken tenders and dipped them in eggs. Then, I rolled them in parmasean cheese, crushed BBQ pork rinds, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and garlic power. I was afraid they would stick to the sheet and I decided to use my Silpat baking sheet (It goes into your regular pan). The chicken was awesome and not one thing stuck. I know you can use Pam or something to spray on the pan, but the silpat eliminates that need and it also makes clean up a SNAP! It is well worth your $20 to buy one.
