Alright everyone, it's a new week - set some mini goals for yourself and get crackin'! LOL!
I am still working on getting enough water in and getting it in earlier in the day. And watching sodium. And I need to start walking in addition to the pushups and squats I am doing. If I made some progress on all of these fronts this week, I would feel awesome next weekend.
