I'm up and at least near it or in the vicinity even if I ain't quite "at it" yet ;-)
Have chugged more than a quart of water so far, which is better than I have been doing, and am working on my exercise challenges for today (already behind on the treadmill walking for the month - I KNEW I would have to drag myself along on that one which is exactly why I needed to sign up).
And discovered this morning that I accidently bought something "fat free" last week at the store instead of the full-fat version . . . labels look almost identical and it took me DAYS to notice it... so of course it has twice as many carbs and has friggin' corn syrup... &%^#)&!
