    Hi there!

    I'm looking to join this wonderful club of people, and join in on the journey of 100+ lbs weight loss.
    Mini Goals:
    Goal 1: 240 lbs.
    Goal 2: 220 lbs.
    Goal 3: 200 lbs.
    Goal 4: 180 lbs.
    Goal 5: 160 lbs.
    Goal 6: 140 lbs.

    Current Challenges:
    30 Day Shred: L1 0/15 * L2 0/15 * L3 0/15
    January Squats: 0/500
    January Mileage: 0/40 miles (stationary bike)
    January Push-ups: 0/500
    January Strength: 0/300 minutes
    January Abs: 0/500 crunches
    January Stability Ball: 0/180 minutes

    Hi and welcome! How's induction going?
    Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
    STAC Restart: 1/05/09
    306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

    Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
    Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

    Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
    Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
    Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
    Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

      First day back on induction. It's going okay. Still working out the kinks.

          Welcome to you newbies!

          Keep reading the book and this board, keep good track of what you are eating, read every label on your foods, and have patience for the first week or two until you get a better handle on everything. It does get easier as you go along.

          You can do it, even if it takes a little time and practice to get everything right. Don't quit if things don't go exactly as you think they should or if you cheat - get on here and ask for advice and/or get back with the program immediately (not the next day, or the next week, or after the weekend!). It ain't a race, it's a lifestyle change, and one you will love in time and then wonder why you used to eat all that other junk that made you feel bad and gain weight.

          Imagine the new you - it isn't some far-fetched dream, it is perfectly attainable as evidenced by many of the long time posters on these boards.

          Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006

          3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
          4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
          5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
          6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
          7th - 241 (minus 110)
          8th - 231 (minus 120)
          9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
          FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)
