    Yay! It's Rich's turn!

What was your defining moment when you realized you HAD to lose weight?

What has been the best experience you've had since you've lost weight?

What is it like to be a heart breaker? LOL

If you could have ANY job reguadless of pay or experience needed- what would it be and why?

What do you feel, is the main reason that you suceeded on atkins?

How would you say that ADBB has affected your life?

            1) I think the defining moment for me was when I had to buy a new pair of trousers. I had been wearing 40inchers for a while and they got too small, when I went to buy some more pairs, I found that even the 42" ones were too small. I had to go for 44" at the was the turning point.

            2) I think the answer to that one has to be the amount of confidence I have found in myself. I honestly believe now that there is nothing I can not do.

            3) I'm speechless!

              1) I have learnt that if I want something I can have it. And I dont have to hope for things, I can make things happen.

              2) Good question. I would actually be what I am looking to be at the moment, a field sales rep. I love talking to people and convincing them of things!

              3) Because I had such great success early on that it has driven me on and on. I also have the willpower of an ox.

                1) Fat to thinner in one simple step

                2) I have "met" a number of new and interesting people. I am also learning a lot more about the American cultures, geography and the little differences between the US and the UK.

                3) When I grow up I want to be 160lbs. I also wouldnt mind singing a few different Meatloaf songs. Starting with Midnight at the lost and found I think!

                  1) Life in Merry England is ok, if you like the weather to be as random as anything.

                  2) For a living I am a b2b telemarketer and a barman. I am in the process of looking for a new job as a sales man.

                  3) Yes I do feel like a new person, but I am not at goal yet so i will feel even better then.

Rich, if you could pick anywhere else (besides Australia) to visit, where would you go?

                    Do you like to read?

                      1) I do quite fancy a trip to the USA one day. Not too sure whereabouts though, probably New york.

                      2) Yes I do, I dont really have a favourite type of book, its whatever "tickles my fancy" at the time really. The last book I read was "around Ireland with a fridge" A bizarre title, but a good read none the less.

My immediate thoughts would be excercise related I think. But I cant think of a good enough answer.

But to me, 2big, the programme actually works magically already so i can't think of anything that needs changing. Apart from people on the outside that dont understand atkins could all become reliably informed to the positive sides of the WOL instead of just the negatives that are available to them in the press!

Sorry if i am jumping in late here.

                            Hi there, Rich.

What would you consider to be your weakness food or the most difficult food for you to overcome in this new way of life?

Are you more of a cat person or a dog person?

In dealing with the big 3 (eating right, exercise, adequate water intake) which do you personally believe to be the most challenging?

                              Some good questions there.

                              1) I didnt really find any foods difficult to over come when I started this WOL, as I was in the right frame of mind at the start. But now I feel that nuts are my down side.

                              2) I'm a cat person.

                              3) I suppose of those three I find the Eating right the most challenging. I have no problems whatsoever with the Water and Excercise. Occasinally I will eat more than I suppose I really should. But I dont eat anything I shouldn't though. I just overeat legal foods.
