    My turn!

If you could pick one Actor to model your body after, who would it be?

Exactly how long did it take you to lose weight?

If you were treated badly by someone when you were heavier.....Would you want them to see you now or could you not care less?

        1) Something I have never really considered really, but I shall pick Hugh Grant. Just to be patriotic with my fellow englishman.

        2) Its taken me 18 months to lose 67 pounds, but my weight loss has slowed down to a near halt now. So I suppose I lost it all in about a year.

        3) Definitely, I would love them all to see me now, just to see the look on their faces and see what they had to say about it.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

It depends really, I am petrified of the killer variety, but I don't have any problems or issues with the regular ones.

            Hey Rich great job man!!

Question for you? Did you discover any underlying issues in your personal life that may have led to your weight problem?

What is the one great advice would you give a newbie like me starting on this diet?

And last but not least: Do you know your an inspiration to others?

            Thanks, Johnny :nod

              1) No, I just think I was lazy and just expected things to happen. I now know that you have to make things happen, instead of waiting.

              2) The greatest piece of advice i think I could give is just, stay stong minded. And keep believing in yourself.

              3) Thankyou very much. At least I have shown that it CAN be done.
