    :wave Hi Farang,

Glad to see another lowcarber in Thailand. I do not think u can find ketostix here in BKK...i got mine when i went to US last year. If you really want it, u can order them from internet i use netrition as they ship internationally.

As for eating out, i eat ceasar salad...but perhaps it is harder to find ceasar salad in chonburi...so for thai food, i have garlic pork/chicken/beef, grilled chicken(gai yang), steam fish with lemon, garlic, and chilli, satay without sauce etc.

    Good luck :joy :joy ,

Hi I'll be going to Bangkok next month for a vacation. I am wondering, did anyone manage to find Splenda in bangkok?

Also, I am in induction at the moment, so can I eat the fried pork skins, satays (without sauce), fried garlic chicken?

I wish to go to Lord Jim's, Anna's Cafe and Baan Kanitha again. I went there just before I started LCing and the food in all three places were so good. Do you know of any dishes which are LC in these places?

Thais will add all sorts of crap in the food like sugar and MSG (chu-rot)
Bottom line, you should buy and cook yourself to be sure with a few execptions.

Living in the North of Thailand here and all is well, although we felt the quake. Thanks for asking. Makes me realize that my weight is a very petty problem.

              Hi chubbychick!

Can you find "Splenda" anywhere in Thailand? I know that I'm not supposed to use "Equal" but it's the only thing I can find here. :confused How has your weightloss been so far?

Hi singaporegirl.........Yes, you can eat fried pork skins, satays (without sauce) and fried garlic chicken. I haven't tried satays yet but I will soon. Have a great time in Thailand! :wave
