There's a regular on the Induction Board who lives in Denmark, but I can't for the life of me remember her name! You might try posting your question on that forum, as I doubt she comes to the INternational board!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Sorry....there isn't any low-carb (Atkins) products available in Denmark....but flax, soy protein and other health food items are to be found in Denmark.

Hi,
I am from Denmark to. and I am going to start with Atkins om monday, but I have one problem.
Is it possible to frees an omelet?
I am going to work at 05.00 in the morning and I am not back until 17.00 pm in the evening, so I would like to bring my breakfast/dinner to work. We have a microwaye at work.
Any surgestions?

You don't have to freeze your omelet. It can keep in the fridge for 24 hours. I wouldn't freeze it, I'm not sure if it would be any good after freezing.

Been on the diet for 5 weeks and have no major problems sticking to it, so i hope to keep it up for a while.

About that omelet thingy get a microwave-safe pan and make the omelet fresh at work in the microwave. I used to work nightshifts, so i have been experimenting with ways to get hot food at work.

I'm from Århus. Male, 26 years old, 270 pounds and I have lost 20 pounds already. I am looking around to see if this Atkins stuff is something for me. Up till now I have lost weight mainly by quitting candy, junk food and coke.

I dont know where you are in Denmark, but in Sweden we can find Atkins products in regular supermarkets.
