Try Waitrose own brand premium range.

Aldi also have a good bratwurst which is low carb. Also Tesco luxury brand sausages are also fairly low.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Don't think we get Waitrose up here in Scotland but there are a Lidl and a Tesco not too far from me so will give them a try.

Aldi also not one I see a lot of up here.

I like a good sausage fry-up but finding something decent as a quick alternative to bring into the office with me is not easy. I have spent so much time in the kitchen over the past year, cooking lots of lovely meals true, but evenings have zoomed by in the pursuit of good food!
