    i lost 7 lbs during first 14days..then i was in extended induction..and lost all of the execssive weight..
    i am in maintainace now
    DH will loose more since men tend to have a higer metabolicism then women

      I am from East Africa, living in UK, but have lots of relatives and connection from Pakistan. Was in Pakistan in February, Loved it there. Speak Urdu fluently.

      You got one more Pakistani in your team mate.

          Yes, still on extendend induction, Dua karna, scale ke number kum ho!!! I am struggling.

          Hmmm, you know what I miss!!! The Chilli Imli jelly sweets. (Khatta mettah taste). Got lots of pack from back home, but cant have them. everytime I go in the kitchen, they are staring at me inoccently saying "please eat me".

          Very hard to reject them.

          plus i miss my haleem, and nihari.

                        well good news i did loose weight but now im stuck on 149 since last 3 weeks...i donno whats causing this stall...help help???

                        even though my urdu sucks big time...but paki's enjoy having conversations with me, as they get to laugh at my accent and vocab

                                wow. how many languages can you speak?
                                Is similar to farsi?
                                In Norway, if you can speak norwegian, you can understand danish and some swedish. The three are similar, yet a bit different.
