Hi All ..
I am an old member with the forum from pakistan mat be the first to join in here .. i did diet back and did losed around 27 lbs .. and loved how it feels now after a couple of years i have gained it all back being a food freak.. anyways . . I back on diet and already doing great ahve have lost 6 lbs and 19 more to go if there are still some people around from pakistan doing the right way ..let chat out or experience ..

I am a pakistani too and an Atkineer Although not very good at sticking to my 'clean routine'. Anyhoo, glad to know there is another Atkineer in the neighborhood

heyyyy alll...im pakistani too.my wieght was 71kg b4 atkins nd now its 70kg..i live in islamabad nd have been on the diet for about a month butt its sad
to say tat ive lost omly 1kg yet nd about 2.5 inches from my waste and hips..i dont understand y is the process soooooooo slowwwww 4me..its pretty hard nd i mean PRETTY hard to find low carb food here in pakistan.i have to cook each meal myself..in the beginning i did exercise but now im havin xams so cant find tym to do so..im in agr8 stall..can sum1 telme tat is exercise tooo important to lose weight on atkins diet??cuz the other day i just a heard a caller on a live show in tv who said tat she lost about 30kgs by atkins diet in an year but WITHOUT any exercise..i dont get it
..wud cum1 explain plzzz??luvv to find sum native ppl..u guys rock..thx tc
