Low Carb Magazine in the UK

I found a UK low-carb magazine on the shelf in WHsmiths today!!

Its called Lowcarb Energy and it costs £2.50 monthly

I found it in the cooking/food section.

Havent had time yet to have more than a quick scan through it, but it looks good and there's recipes in it....

I just bought a copy here in the states also. The cover was this neon green pie that looks discusting, but I think I will subscribe to it. Tons of low carb recipes and and great articles, even coupons for frankenfoods and supplements. I give it an A-, the minus cause the grasshopper pie looks discusting.

that magazine is good - it has a lot of coupons and recipes.
i also like Low Carb Living Magazine. Good info. I don't know if its in the UK, though.

You can get subscriptions for both on amazon, too.

and BTW bambina, you look FAB!

Thanks for the compliment queenlatvia ......

Well ive had a bit of a closer look at the magazine now and the info is good, but I reckon that all they have done is take an issue of the USA magazine and change some of the terminology and spelling ...... Its got a distinct American feeling to it ..........

Hasn't put me off though, I will definitely buy next months issue.

I now also have purchased a copy of the mag, and think it is spot on. Some of the articles are very inspiring and useful.

Some of it is a little old hat - but then I have been using this board for some time!

I was excited when i read this, I rushed up to my local W H Smiths. I disappointed to hear that they did not sell it. I asked if they could order it. Only if you have you have the right name and we will see. they looked at me as if I had 2 heads. I was convinced that I must have the wrong name. so i got home rushed to comp. I was right all along . Phoned the shop to be told. the lady orders mags. ect is out I will get her to phone you. I really hope they do. ha

Try your local supermarkets..I got my copy in the Safeway/Morrisons store.

But I'm sure your nearest newsagent will do this?

I found the advertised websites interesting which I never new existed.

Alibongo is right, I get my copy from Morrisons. I'm fairly sure that it is available in Tesco aswell. I would also expect it to be sold in WH Smith also.

I finally got a copy and if anyone wants to subscribe the contact number is 01376 534541

Here in Bournemouth only the town centre WH Smiths is carrying it at present.

Only flicked through it so far but it seems useful.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
