I was told , every 2 months. The green pie was sickly looking, but the strawbwerry recipe inside looks yummy. I am gong to try it this weehend,

On the front of the second issue (green pie one), it certainly looks as though its going to be a two monthly issue thing.
It had September/October on the cover.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
