      Re: UK!

Don't worry about the appetite thing. Last night I was craving the chocolate mini rolls sat downstairs screaming "eat me" at me. I didn't but last night I dreamt I was eating my way through an entire cake shop. Weird thing is, I don't normally crave sweet stuff...

LOL at the mental picture of you sharing the bone with the mutt!!

My hubby never lost his sweet tooth as he kept buying Russel Stover chocs at Asda . But he still eats Atkins alongside me (he can't cook so it is that or nothing!!)
I sometimes make him flax bread sweetened with Davinci sugarfree syrups and berries or unsweetened cocoa powder as a treat to keep him sweet.

          Hi everyone

Just did a search for syrup and came across this thread - didn't know there was an International Board.

I'm normally on STAC board but just thought I'd say hi!

I get my low carb products from lowcarbmegastore dot com and also from the carb options section in Sainsburys. Did you know that Heinz now do a low carb ketchup?!!

Does it have sugar in it? So many of these damn products seem to have sugar hidden in them somewhere.

Elizellen where do you get the Davinci syrup from?

I get my Davinci (and walden farm sf sauces etc) from a shop just outside Christchurch called Allergy Free Heaven. I imagine they would post them if you dont live close enough to collect.
They dont have their inventory online but just phone them for prices and varieties. Say hello to them from me if you do call them.

                Hi Squeaker

Unfortunately yes. I didn't notice this when I bought it - just saw it had Sucralose. Will still use very occassionally later down the road.

Re: Davinci Syrup - I got some from lowcarbmegastore. Haven't tried it yet but it got very good ratings on the site.

I just noticed from another post that Rolo do a low carb version OMG! Hooooow much do I love rolos? Leathal.

Thanks Elizellen for the web site and the address, I'll get round to grabbing some, and I will mention you!
Low-carb Rollo's sound great but they'd worry me a bit. If I was to eat something like that I don't know if I could stop! AND it'd put me in a mind set that if I could eat this, other choccies might be ok too.....

Hi Elizellen (what a lovely name BTW)

I know what you mean - I am glad they are that expensive though TBH. Will cut temptation.

                            Hello everyone.
What vitamin tablets do you take? I am currently taking the basic 3 atkins ones but they are soooo expensive and now I am on maternity leave, I can't really afford them.
I went to Holland and Barrett today and they sold me the ABC 50 plus tablets. These are aimed at people over 50 and do not contain iron. She thinks they are their equivalent of centrum silver. What do you think?

Not too sure about the ABC plus -I'll have to look them up.
I'm glad you posted this because I'm not too sure about the one's I'm taking either; they are
                              Multivitamins
                              Vit C 1000mg
                              B6 50mg
                              Evening Primrose Oil
                              Cod Liver Oil

As you can see I positively rattle. I take the cod liver oil for arthritis, the b6 for tom (even though I don't have it any more I still have my ovaries) and evening primrose for ditto. I think I may have covered pretty much every angle but I'd like to know if I'm still on the right track.

                                Hi Squeaker AKA Rattler!!

I guess it's just a case of reading the label and checking in the book (tedious but necessary). I will do that and let you all know. They are on offer for under £3 at the moment so if they are good, I will stock up! Saves spending £11 on basic 3 atkins pills.

                                Cheers
