I want to make this recipe for breaded chicken,
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...eal-thing.html but it calls for pork rinds which I'm presuming is called pork scratchings over here. The only ones my OH can find contain wheat and potato starch. Does anyone know where I can get some from?

Also has anyone had any success buying tinned pumpkin?

                  Sorry, I missed this question

You need to look for unsweetened/unflavoured yogurt as all the flavoured ones are quite high in carbs.

Greek yogurt is creamier than most and seems to have the least carbs. (about 3 per 100 grams)

Fage Total Greek Yogurt is one well known brand, but many supermarkets sell their own brand which is cheaper.

I buy Lidl own brand of thick greek yogurt (Eridanous) in large 1 kilo tubs for less than a tub half that size of Fage in Waitrose costs and has 2.8 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I bought a set of measuring cups from tescos, there are 4 different sizes. The biggest is 1 cup the smallest 1/4 cup. They have come in very handy when following the recepies listed on the board.

                            Re: Uk 2009

I found some on Ebay, its listed as Ground Almonds, £4.99 for a 1kg, i was told that this is the same as almond flour. I searched online for Almond Flour in the uk and nothing came up, but i found lots of sites that sell Ground Almonds or Powered Almonds, which im guessing is the same thing!

My weight loss has slowed down, but i was expecting it to. Im doing the 6 week challenge and sticking to plan, so im hoping i've loss some inches when the end of the challenge comes. Im going to take some new photos on the 17th of this month to compare to the ones i took at the start. Hopefully this will show where ive lost and keep me motivated too!

                              Yes
                              ground almonds = almond flour

You can also grind whole almonds into the consistency you want for baking, though check it frequently or you will end up with almond butter

I spotted spaghetti squash at Waitrose yesterday!!

As they keep a few weeks if not cut open I bought a few so I can eat them over the next few weeks.

I imagine other supermarkets will have them too so make sure you look if you want to try this not usually available induction vegetable!

They look a bit like a golden honeydew melon with a thickish stubby stalk.
