Re: What are you doing differently this time?
I thought that I would bump this thread up. I really like the idea of evaluating the mistakes I made during my first attempt. I think most of us are here because we are not willing to give up the fight. I know I sure don’t want to go back to my old way of living. I am tired of being a slave to my food desires. I am tired of suffering the consequences of my binge eating. So.. What am I willing to do different.
I will drink all of my water
I will do a clean induction.
I will not eat more that four oz of cheese.
I will not eat low carb bread
I will go to the gym and do my best
I will reach out to members of the second time around club. I will be open to the support I find and will give back when I can.
I will stay positive
I will remain teachable
I will not be afraid of my new body
I will stand on my head for five hours a day (just checking to see if you are reading this)
I am scared to let go of the coffee. I have three kids under three...
So.. Let the games begin

& I am determined that I am going to get T H I N
(well maybe thinner than I am now). I am not able to walk
far as I have a crook hip which give way on me so I limit my exercise to what I can do around the house. I do have an electronic walker though it could be just laziness that keeps me off it!! Maybe when I start to lose I will have more energy & feel like doing some.
