  • 1st of the Month Weigh-In

    DebbietheHugBug and I are going to start weighing on the 1st of the month. Could we start a monthly weigh-in check-in? I know the pounds from week to week don't matter as much as the inches, but the goal would be to help our scale-addicted members (me included).

    Anybody?

    Lemme think about it! On the first would be about 2 weeks for me. I might wait until August 1, though! Then once a month! That could work!

        I'm in as well. Even though I'm a little scared since I had some previous screw ups. It will do me good to see "THE NUMBER"

              I could never do it! I went out of town for 6 days last week and couldn't weigh and I thought I was going to die!

                I didn't last either. I HAD to weight this morning to see how bad I was over the weekend. I didn't feel I was THAT bad but I'm up 4 lbs. Water I hope! :confused I'll know more the end of the week.

                  Ok, so I didnt make it either. Maybe we can make it a once a week weigh-in. I'm 3 lbs from my mini-goal, though! That's good news! :joy

                      I like the once a month weigh in. The scale can break me easier than a box of crackers so I like to stay away from it. I will be weighing on July 11th at the end of my CLEAN CHEATFREE 2 week induction. But only monthly (that's the goal anyway) after that. Plan to make it the 1st of each month.

                        Ok, for us scale slaves, once a week would be good. I pick Fridays :nod I know I'll probably weight tomorrow because I want to see what my lunch did to me today. I plugged it all in to fitday and hopefully can redeem myself at dinner tonight. urplequ:

                          Can I make a suggestion even though I'm a daily weigher and am ok with that? In the past when I struggled with weekend cheats, I used Monday as my official weigh day. This actually helped me stay cheat-free over the weekend, because I didn't want to hide any weight I'd lost when I weighed in on Monday. It really worked to keep me on track, and I didn't have the same "I want to cheat" pull during the week.

                          Just my 2 cents.

                              I can't do it!! I have to weigh everyday, Yes, I'm a scale junkie, I'll admit it! Thats one of the things that keep me LOYAL! I have to step on it, whether I'm up or down, either way makes me work that much harder. If I'm down a lb. just gives me the incentive to go for the number below it, If i'm up a lb, makes me work that much harder! I know that I would cheat on the weighing anyway! LOL
                              But I know those of you that commit to this will do just GREAT!!
