      I'm feeling okay so far. I made it through yesterday clean! Peperoni saved me, I wanted to eat late last night...and not good stuff...so I nuked some pepperoni (probably 3 serving sizes!) and that was enough to help me not cheat! So with one day behind me I should have more strength! Thanks for asking!

        Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Soon ketosis will set in for you and you will have a better handle on the cravings. Are you taking a multi vitamin. I found that adding a b complex to that helped me with my energy.

        I was a little snacky last night too and made it thru with some shrimp and water. I think I didnt get enough to eat yesterday and it caught up with me last night. Will make sure I eat a little more today................... There was a day when I never would have thought I could say that. LOL

          Shay - make sure you keep those high-fat snacks around! They are a lifesaver!

            I am a salty craver, crackers are my worst enemy...wheat thins and gold fish...mmmm...I mean eewww LOL

            I felt like I ate way to many pepperonis last night though. I know the sodium is bad but it was that or the big bucket of gold fish that kept calling me!

              Ever make spicy turnip fries? They're yummy and salty and...mmmmm.

              I also find that coatin thin slices of zuchini with parmesan and frying them up satisfies a salty craving.

              So does salting an avocado and eating it. But they're cheap here in California, don't know about where you are.
